Portrait days run for 3 or 4 days and your school director or teacher will let you know which day your child’s class will have their picture taken. Also be on the lookout for posters at your school with the dates listed for your child’s class.

Absolutely! Please speak with your school director teacher about times available to do that during our session.

Waiting for make up picture day is not necessary. Bruises, cuts, etc are easily edited out after image purchase.

Proof edits take about 10 business days. Proof edits include, cropping, exposure, and color correction.

If you have signed into your gallery before proofs are available, you will receive an automated email when the gallery goes live.

Your child may have missed picture day, or elected to not participate.

Our goal is for you child to be at ease and have fun. If for any reason your child refuses or gets upset, we try again another day.

Your school gallery will be available for 6 months. After that images are archived for 2 years. If you wish to order after the 6 months, contact me. Pricing will be updated to current pricing.

I recommend neutral colors that compliment their skin tones. Comfortable outfits they have worn before and feel confident wearing are a plus in getting that natural smile.

There are two ways to order:

paper order or online.

Paper orders are for those who like to pay by cash or check. All paper orders received at school by “order due” date will be dropped off at school by date listed on your order form. Paper orders received at school or mailed to me after due date will have shipping charges applied. Make sure to use your provided envelope.

Online orders are for those who prefer to pay by cc. Select Picked Up for orders that will be delivered to your school. Please be aware there are deadlines for pick up orders, which will be listed in your gallery and on your paper order form with passwords to your gallery.

If you choose Shipped, your order will be delivered to the address of your choice. (no PO Box’s please)

Absolutely, anything that will not be there in 2 weeks I edit those out after image purchase. I also look for spots on clothing, such as food or dirt and minimize them so they are not distracting.

When ordering image files, you will automatically receive a Proof download link. This will allow you to download a proof with a watermark on the image. This image is a proof only and is not fully edited.

Once image are fully edited, another email with a download link will be sent to you. Please allow 3-4 weeks for those images.

Final edits are completed after purchase.

Just a reminder all digital files orders will receive an automated link for Proof Image download. Proof images are not fully edited.  

After I receive your order I will complete edits, taking out fuzzies, snot trails, food, and hairs with a mind of their own.  This can be a time intensive task, but I want to make sure you get the best image possible. 

After images are finished, I will email you a second download link for you to fully enjoy your images.

Absolutely! When you order there is a crop tool after you select your image. Images are sent to print as they are ordered, in portrait or landscape orientation.

If you are missing an item, check your items against your shipping receipt that came with your order as well as your returned order form. or emailed order receipt.

If they do not match what you received, please email me and let me know which item you did not receive. I will look into what happened and have it taken care of quickly.

Yes you can. After you select your image in your album, you can choose B&W as a choice for printing.

Orders submitted by “order due” date will be delivered to school by the date listed in your gallery.

If you ordered after that date, average turn around time is 3 to 4 weeks based on current volume of orders. .

Having the digital images is a great way to preserve your image files for future printing. Sometimes printing your images at home or from another provider they may look different. This can be due to color matching and setups by the print provider.

All images printed by our service provider are color calibrated to the original and go through a quality check. If you find that you would like to have your prints redone, contact us and we will apply a 10% coupon to your order.
