Grade School Portrait FAQ For Parents
What day will my child have their portrait taken?
Keep a look out for any communications from your school on picture day. There will be an initial portrait session day and a make up day.
How long until we see our pictures?
It typically takes about 10 business days to do all editing.
If you have signed into your gallery before proofs are available, you will receive an automated email when the gallery goes live.
How long will the gallery be up?
Your school gallery will be available for 6 months for you and your family members to order from.
How do I order?
There are two ways to order: paper order or online.
Paper orders are for those who like to pay by cash or check.
Paper orders can be dropped off at school before drop order date listed in your gallery. Paper orders can also be mailed to address provided on order form. Please add shipping if mailed before drop order date.
Online orders are for those who prefer to pay by cc.
Online orders submitted by “order due” date can choose between PICK UP or SHIPPED. Picked up means orders will be delivered to your school. Please be aware there are deadlines for pick up orders, which will be listed in your gallery.
If you choose Shipped, your order will be delivered to the address of your choice. (no PO Box’s please)
I can’t find the product I want, do you do special requests?
After you have looked at all the options and you don’t see a print size or product you would like to order, please reach out. I love to hear how parents want to display their images. If I have that item available to me, I’ll make sure you can order it.
When do I receive my prints that I ordered?
Orders received by “order due” date will be delivered to school by the date listed in your gallery.
If you ordered after that date, average turn around time is 3- 4 weeks.
I’m missing an item from my order? What do I do?
If you are missing an item, check your items against your shipping receipt that came with your order as well as your returned order form or emailed order receipt.
If they do not match what you received, please email me and let me know which item you did not receive. I will look into the issue and have it taken care of quickly.
We need to have a family portrait, do you do those?
